Each of our sales representatives have many years of engineering and manufacturing experience, having worked in the electronic manufacturing industries they serve. As a result, they understand the intricacies involved in selling to those industries and markets.
Our approach to selling is simple. We offer an engineering approach by offering to the engineer or designer the most cost effective, reliable, effective solution to a new or existing design our principal manufacturers can consistently supply to the design effort.
At the same time, we keep everyone advised in the client's product design loop from materials managers, purchasing agents, buyers to quality control personnel and manufacturing personnel regarding our sales activities.
We service the accounts we sell. If a client company has a problem with a product or process, we can be relied on to immediately bring all key individuals together, client and principal, to problem solve and effect a satisfactory solution.
Because of the technical background and experience of our sales representatives, problems...if they occur at all, are usually solved with a quick visit to the customer's facility or call to the represented supplier.
